ITSM

My entire career has been in IT Service Management.
I started working in a service desk and then moved to work for Freshworks, an ITSM Vendor. At Freshworks, I spent my time consulting with customers & helping them implement the ITSM tool. I also had the chance to present at various global conferences on many topics. Currently, I'm a product manager at SuperOps.ai where we're building the next gen IT tools.
Some of my interesting ideas include Selfless Service, Heroes don't belong in IT and What can IT learn from commercial kitchens. Some of the high points in my career came when I was recognized as a highly commended finalist Young ITSM Professional of the year in 2019 and winning the SDIs Best Implementation of Service Desk award in 2018 & 2019.
