My entire career has been in IT Service Management

I started working in a service desk and then moved to work for Freshworks, an ITSM Vendor. At Freshworks, I spent my time consulting with customers & helping them implement the ITSM tool. I also had the chance to present at various global conferences on many topics. Currently, I'm a product manager at SuperOps.ai where we're building the next gen IT tools.

Some of my interesting ideas include Selfless Service , Heroes don't belong in IT and What can IT learn from commercial kitchens . Some of the high points in my career came when I was recognized as as a highly commended finalist Young ITSM Professional of the year in 2019 and winning the SDIs Best Implementation of Service Desk award in 2018 & 2019
